Kylie hits the slopes

Check her out!! Kylie has now taken up skiing and snowboarding. Scott took her snowboarding for the first time this winter and she did so well.

Our new BABY!!!

We are excited to welcome our new baby, Megan. She is such a good baby and we adore her. Kylie is a big help and enjoys being the big sister.

Expecting baby #2

We are expecting our 2nd child in December. Kylie is finally going to be a big sister and is very excited!!

The rollerblader

Kylie has taken on a new skill/talent. We bought her rollerblades 3 days ago. She has already mastered it. She was jumping, or at least trying to, over the cracks in the sidewalks. We are so proud of her.

Updated house pictures

We are closing on our house this week. Here are a few pictures. All of the lower level flooring will be torn out and we are doing tile and hard wood. I will post more once we are moved in and there is some decor.

Our LasVegas mini vacation

With a few days off we decided to take a little family time and go to Vegas. Kylie was so excited. We only had a few days, so we were busy. It was quite chilly there that February weekend. We stayed at the Tropicanna on the strip and visited many of the big casinos and saw many of their attractions. We had dinner at the Excallibur at the tournament of kings dinner show. Kylie was amazed and loved all the horses. We also went to the indoor theme park at the Circus Circus. We rode on almost every ride. The view of Vegas was from our hotel room. We really had a great time. It is nice to get a quick getaway every now and then.

Kylie's 1st soccer game

Kylie has begun her first year playing soccer. She has played in one game so far. She did well, and really went after the ball. She had never played before, so we were really proud of her. She is #4 and her team name is the purple faries. The coach was not so keen on the name but the girls really like it. Scott is the assistant coach and Cheryl is the team mom. Kylie loves soccer and it is keeping her active is this great weather.

House

Well, we have some more progress. This picture was taken 12/29/05. They tell us that the house will be ready to move into in March. We'll see. They seem to be moving very slow, so if they get things going we should be in by March. HOPEFULLY!!!

They have finally finished framing the house. These pictures are from 11/19/05.

FINALLY!!!!!

Finally, we have progress!!! We bought our new house June 2005. Finally, now in the end of October we have a foundation. They should be framing it soon. We will keep you updated with pictures as we see the progress. We are hoping to be into our new home Febuary or March 2006. We are excited and can't wait to move in, for we will have much more room.

Kylie and Alexis

This picture is too cute not to post. Kylie has 10 cousins, only 2 are girls. So Kylie was thrilled when Lori and Jason and their children Quincy, Justis, and Alexis moved back into town. Kylie and Alexis go to the same preschool and play together often. They get along pretty well, and they are almost exactly 1 year apart in age.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

We had a wonderful Halloween this year. Kylie was a "horse rider", in her own words. Cheryl was a black cat. Gunner and Dakota were ladybugs. They were not to happy with us about their costumes. Kylie and Cheryl went Trick-or-Treating together, we got tons of candy!!! Gunner and Dakota stayed home.

Kylie is a rock star

Kylie loves to sing a song called 1985 by Bowling for soup. She sings on her karaoke machine her Nana got her for Christmas. We had to include these snapshots of what she is like at home.
